I engaged Korman & Company to purchase a loft condominium. They reviewed all documents and advised me that everything was in order. I bought the property. HOWEVER, post closing, I discovered that the HOA had a large financial liability and that this loan is due in a couple of years' time. Korman & Company failed to advise me of this liability.

I'm now "on the hook" for a share of this loan! Had Korman & Company communicated this to me, I would definitely have approached the purchase differently. According to Korman & Company their work was just fine and my liability was "normal." I'm very disappointed with their work. Consider other providers.

I did not realize that this is the lawyer. I went to when I bought my first property. They were extremely professional and looked over all the documentation necessary. I ended up going back here to get my wills completed. Their service was great. I do find them a little pricey, but I think it is worth paying extra for the assurance that everything is done correctly.
