We filed our taxes with KMA in 2018, had no issues. Doug was helpful and friendly and suggested if I filled out an excel spreadsheet the following year then I would be saving them time organizing our receipts plus saving us money. 2019 our income was roughly the same, no big changes but we were charged almost $300 more PLUS I filled out the spread sheet to save us money! When I called to ask for an explanation, they just said that’s the cost and to pay.
When I went to pick up my slips they whispered something between themselves and handed me my information. Both Doug and his female associate were rude and unprofessional! Extremely disappointing and will not be dealing with this company again!

We have used KMA for the past 6 years for our business and they have always been amazing. We do all our corporate taxes, payroll, bookkeeping and personal taxes with Doug and his team and i would never go anywhere else. All the staff are very informative, helpful and professional and are quick to answer any questions we have.
