I went to the courthouse looking to speak with duty council . I had the pleasure of speaking with her . I got more help from this lovely human being in a half hour than I have had from anyone in the last 2 months of this journey . She is up to date , knowledgeable and very easily put things into perspective for me and set a clear clear path for me to move forward . Not only did I find it very easy and comfortable to speak with her it was enjoyable and I learned a few things as well !

Caveat Emptor! She was not up front about consultation fees when we booked appointment. She forced useless photocopies on us that she said were included in the consultation, only to later charge. Lots of talk with little content. Questionable billing practices, consultation fee increased by 35% over the 2 invoices. Her customer service and communications are unprofessional.
Only one star as 0 is not available.
