I have had the pleasure of using this firm on two occasions. I have interacted with both Lanny Kamin and Rachel Stephenson. Both lawyers are at the top of their game. They gave me options throughout to make decisions and remain in control of my litigation, and received great advice about my investment in legal work versus the potential return on that investment. I felt that they had a superb grasp of my cases and were tremendous advocates for me and my family. In both cases, I was very pleased with the outcomes. I highly recommend this firm!

I feel very fortunate that I was accepted as a client of Lanny. He's very personable. Fantastic fellow. I felt like I was talking with a friend. That helped a lot in a difficult situation. As for lawyer skill he's top notch. I personally don't think there could be a better choice if you want results. Also the front desk staff and Lanny's assistants were always awesome. It was difficult during COVID but they were accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful.

I found Rachel to be an excellent lawyer and highly recommend her for family law issues. As someone who had not previously needed legal services, I liked the reassurance that she had access to her senior colleagues if complications arose, but that overall my case was fairly straightforward so the cost could be more manageable. I also like that she was very upfront about costs, and even sometimes let me know about lower cost alternative options. She kept a very calm and professional disposition during times when I was emotional, which was extremely reassuring. She was thorough and took a balanced approach in reminding me of what the counter-lawyer would potentially recommend. This helped me manage my expectations and also make smarter decisions that were more likely to go smoothly (also keeping things cost-effective). Very satisfied with my experience and have referred several friends her way.

I want to share this with you but i would think about going with someone else than Rachel Stephenson. If you get Rachel Stephenson representing you, then you will be in trouble. When Rachel is asked to do a task for a client she tends to say i cant not do this or comes up with another excuse. Rachel will then try to say i can come up with another way for you to complete a certain task but only $5,000 which i am 100% percent sure that it will not work. This person is only out for your money and not for her clients. So i would recommended to find someone else who cares and will do anything for their clients unlike Ms. Stephenson and the rest of the firm.

Had my mother's will and POA done by Rachel; my mother was hospitalized at the time, and Rachel made the effort to visit her in person to do the work.

Rachel also put together my cohabitation agreement, and she was wonderful to work with on that as well.

Would not recommend, and Marlene Dacosta the one who gave 5 stars used to work there. Waste of money, there wasn't an option for 0 stars so I had to settle for 1. Paid for Lanny, instead I was given his assistant Rachel Stephenson. They blamed covid for them not doing their jobs, but they still got paid. Beware
