I googled "Abbotsford notary", noted that Juris Notary had later office hours than most other notaries, and made an appointment for time-sensitive documents to be signed. Showed up and the office was closed - because they had booked me into their Burnaby office (head office) rather than the Abbotsford (satellite) office! Would have appreciated a heads up about that ahead of time, as it threw a huge (and unnecessary) wrench in getting the documents signed.

After making an appointment online and talking on the phone to them, they made the appointment for that day. When we arrived we were left standing outside for 15 minutes before informing me and my elderly mother, that the abbotsford office was closed and only the burnaby office was open. Very bad customer service. Maybe try leading with the abbotsford office being closed and update the website to reflect that. Maybe ask questions or actually look at the requests that come in to your website.
