Been allowing my father's estate to be depleted entirely by his supposed Trustee. He died 1 year ago. They are all still living in his house, driving his vehicles, using his things, and its been a year. Nothing has been done and now I am forced to spend my own money out of pocket to file court motions for the huge neglect in this Estate. My father had his own Will he continued to amend with the lawyer he had for decades, then he suddenly switched to Jessica and made a new Will with the now supposed Trustee. Very shortly thereafter, he died very suddenly of cardiac arrest. Very suspicious death as he was a very healthy man with no prior heart issues. Since then, nobody will tell any of his biological children a thing. We have tried several times to ensure our father's estate is being handled properly, with no success. Jessica, being my father's lawyer and the fact she works for HIM and not his mistress in this Estate matter, I find it highly concerning that she is allowing his estate to be used up like this and is just neglecting it as a whole. If you want your estate handled properly, I would suggest getting your Will done by anybody other than this suspicious one. It has made our father's passing all that much harder to deal with. And I am sure everyone wants their wishes in their Wills to actually be followed after passing, and to be at peace knowing you trust the lawyer who will be handling it.
