I couldn't be more disappointed in an insurance company. I have been with them since I first got my license, almost 15 years. When I inquired about what the process would look like if I decided to change providers I got a letter in the mail telling me my policy had been cancelled, a cancellation fee had been charged through my bank, and that I had been without insurance for a week (as it had taken that long for the letter to reach me). I NEVER confirmed that I would be switching policy providers or that I wanted to go through with cancellation, this was done without my consent. I am so fortunate that I hadn't been in an accident or pulled over in the time I was uninsured. I doubt the policy would have been honored if I had. Since it's illegal to drive without insurance I had to find another provider who has all hours service so I could drive my child to the doctor's office the next day for a scheduled appointment. No one from the company reached out to me to rectify the situation. Someone called my parents to pass on their apologies instead of speaking with me directly. I'm disgusted that this happened, and the way it was handled after the fact.

5 star insurance services. The best Atv and recreation insurance provider in Ontario. Joe or Robyn will take care of you. Cheapest prices around. Quotes are fast and insurance is activated quickly. All slips are sent via email then mailed hard copies. Give them a call. You will probably save money... I did. They were over 90 bucks cheaper then TD and other insurance companies.

Joe and his team have been amazing! Incredibly patient and answering all my questions with enthusiasm and in a way I can understand. A rock hit my windshield and I had to get it fixed & because of my coverage, I didn't have to pay a penny! Everyone who hears about that from my husband or myself are amazed.
