Thanks to Jonathan for helping to sell my farm and to purchase my new home. I had full confidence selling and purchasing as Jon pays attention to even the smallest of details. When I asked him questions about things in regards to either deals he was quick to give answers. If he didn't know the answer he would tell me that he would ask his fellow Realtors and get back to me. Jonathan recently has helped me search and purchase a family cottage. Jonathan did an excellent job as my mom's realtor. He was thoughtful and kind every step of the way. My fiancée and I used Jonathan as our real estate agent when we bought our first home. I am thankful we did! He pointed things out to us that we would never notice, he is straight up, honest and is an all around REALLY awesome guy! What I really liked about him was that he let us look at houses at our own pace, I noticed that when he goes into a house he’s never been to, he’s off looking at the high ticket items (Furnace, electrical box, water damage). While my fiancée and I were looking around picturing ourselves living in a house we were looking at, Johnathon was scoping out any potential expenses we may not have thought of. As first time home buyers it meant a lot that he was prompt with responses to questions, flexible with showings, and that he throughly explained what the next steps would be all along the way, right up to the day we moved in.
