We have had Tim so our taxes now for 9 years. He is so friendly and professional. He has done everything for us to get the payment we were allowed. Never had a problem. You should go get taxes done there.

It didn’t take long to get in the office but the majority of the time was spent talking about random stuff. He didn’t take any of our receipts and told us we had to pay back a government grant that we never had to pay and now this year we have CRA warnings for improper taxes last season.

Neil is the worst, he forgot to hit send, I waited a month and call CRA and they told me it was never sent, so I called Neil, he argue with me, but looked into it, he admitted to having forgotten to click on the submit button. He initially told me and my wife we would get $3,000 each in returns, but we both got auditted and had to pay instead?, I called him and he said, "it's because the government filed both of your taxes together for once!" CRA told me he forgot 3 boxes, me and my wife had 1 T-4 to file each, that's it!!! He missed 3 boxes on my taxes! I called Neil and told him, he argued with me again, and then looked into it, and admitted he forgot 3 boxes on my T-4, all deduction over $4,000 btw! , he resubmitted my taxes, and still forgot 1 box, I called him back and told him what box was missing as per CRA, he argued with me and told me he added all 3 boxes, he refused to fix it!!!!, I had to pay $55 to H&R block to fix my taxes.

Out of all the accounting places I went to in leamington essex county. Everyone I went to under performed but Tim and Ken. Take care of my bookkeeping, Better and faster than other accountants. They've helped me scale my business and make a lot more profit. They're fast and they're always on the ball about everything. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for the best in quality and pricing.
