The staff are so accommodating here they make you feel like family! It’s nice to have a place that you can feel confident about the work getting done properly with the best parts and done quickly, usually before when they said it would be. After making the appointment- they send a reminder day before!
I love the fact that when I dropped my truck off I was able to get dropped back off at home AND picked up when it was done. Having the option to leave the summer tires in their compound is peace of mind.
We added the service package when we bought all of our vehicles and its has been the MOST CONVENIENT way to go, everything’s covered!
The service manager Ty is phenomenal, great advice and always willing to take the time to answer my questions...the whole team is!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a vehicle, we’re a Jerry Ford family!!!

I am so very impressed with the service I have received in the ONE WEEK since we bought my new (to me) car . We got me a 2013 Escape which needed some work still done to it. We worked out a deal for that, and then a few days later the check engine light came on . A couple more things needed repair, but Jerry Ford took care of it for us! I'm very satisfied with their service, and we'll definitely do business with them again!!! 😄 Thank you so much Jerry Ford Sales!!

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Jerry's Ford. Bill Hall was outstanding. Not only did he work with me to ensure I received the best deal, his customer service skills were impeccable. I purchased a Toyota from Priority 2 yrs ago, not only was I ripped off, their customer service was horrendous. Jerry's was a breath of fresh air, confirming there are still some honest dealerships that are willing to work with you to get the best deal. I am so happy and grateful I found Jerry's. Jerry ford and team built my Mustang Back in 2008 with a Roush charged stage 3 drive train and Full Cervini's body kit. Car only has 40,000 kms on it till now and it runs like new . They did a great job putting this Mustang together couldn't be happier with the looks and performance.

I deal with dealers on a regular basis for my business. I recently took one of my trucks to the Edson Bannister dealership for service, and they are hands down the best customer experience I've had. Easy, friendly and accomodating to my crazy schedule, I'll be buying my next truck from them, and intend on having all my service done at this dealership from now on. Highly recommend.

Traded in 18 F150 and the service from Lionel (Sales) and Shawn (Finance) was great. Unfortunately, the tires were only inflated to 36 and the door placard reads 48. That low of a psi could have been a hazard with the load I was towing. Second, the AC wasn’t working and I didn’t realize it until the day after I took possession. They let me know they couldn’t do anything because of the loss they took on the truck and offered a $350 detail if I come back in 30 days when the warranty kicks in. Not a great answer in my book, especially during a heat wave.

Update: I recharged the AC on my own dime and was later reimbursed by Jerry Ford.
