I booked an appointment to sign documents 3 weeks in advance, making sure they would be ready that day because I had to fly in from the Sunshine Coast. When we arrived Jennifer was rude and unapologetic, repeatedly calling my grandmother ‘incompetent’ to her face and saying she decided to not do the paperwork for us. She also didn’t apologize for not letting me know ahead of time so I could have avoided the large expense of taking time off work and flying. My grandmother has not been declared incompetent by her doctor and she was humiliated by the way she was talked to. Jennifer seems to have no compassion for seniors and makes subjective judgments that she admits may not be shared by other notaries. She told me to try another!
Our experience was a waste of time, money and caused needless stress/embarrassment on a senior.

Jennifer recently prepared a Power of Attorney for my Dad, she happily answered/addressed all of his questions and concerns. My Dad was very pleased with how easy and straightforward the process was.
This notary office has also facilitated multiple real estate transactions for myself and husband, all of which have gone smoothly. Jennifer and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this office for all of your Notary needs!!

We arrived early for an appointment and waited over 25 minutes to have the Notary come out and never apologize once for the delay, only offered to reschedule or we wait! When we explained we were not happy for the wait and it was a day off work to attend the appointment, there was only arrogance instead of sympathy and still no apology. We found a Lawyer easily who treated us respectfully. The office also is in need of updates it is not a professional atmosphere at all.
