The place is convenient and Jennifer was flexible on meeting which was great and made things easier. One thing I would suggest is she double check some of the work which she has more expertise on. For example , we were asked to witness and attest our friends new baby for birth certificate purposes . We went there in May with the witness letter and was notarized. However, we were told by vital statistics that we needed to add an additional “solemn declaration “ sentence to the end that all notaries or lawyers should be aware but this was overlooked . Therefore I had to go back again to get the notarized and double dip on the fees again which could have been prevented . Just my two cents , I’m thankful this is completed now

DO NOT COME HERE! Very greedy people! They asked me for an extra $20 for a same day notorization because I didn't have an appointment. I went to Sau Ki Cheung Notary Public (less than 1min away by walking) without an appointment and got it done in less than 2mins without any extra charge.

I took documents to be notarized, and she didn't do her job correctly. I asked for help to expedite the process, and she acted as she didn't understand what I was talking about had to wait hours for a simple signature and stamp.
Very unprofessional and not willing to listen.
