I'm not even remotely surprised to see that Janette has an impeccable 100% record of 5 star reviews so far. I reached out to Janette for a real estate matter as she was conveniently located with great hours for working folks who work typical days—and with convenient street parking to boot! She had all the time in the world for my partner and I during an incredibly fast-paced 3-week home sale from offer to closing (which also required an incredible mortgage broker that we were fortunate to have). Janette dealt with numerous oddities in the process and very tight timelines as we were the tenants of the home we bought. She advised us on how best to proceed with the sellers/landlords and which communication was to be through the Realtors/legal representatives or if things were strictly a landlord–tenant interaction.

We were pleased with the final outcome, found her fees reasonably—even with the surcharge for the rushed job which placed a burden on her and the conveyancer. All told, the tenancy was terminated properly despite the short timeline, which meant nothing was missed on both front: both landlord–tenant and seller–buyer interactions.

Simply, I couldn't have hoped for better. She dealt with numerous unusual stressors and gracefully handled the last-minute nature of each short fuse during the property transfer.
