The accounting firm did not even meet the bottom line of standards. They complained a lot about their own problems and when told that their service was not adequate, they told us that we did not pay them enough and better service required better pay. In the end, our problems were not resolved because of that.

My previous accountants were difficult to get connected like family doctors (Sorry to say that, but it is true.); For the second R, it means Professional, not only in their financial knowledge and services but also in the way they do the business and treat clients. The last but not the least, they charge reasonable prices (transparent, no extra, and no hidden fees). I still remember the bad experience I had with other ones: made an appointment first, waited for 2 weeks even longer, and then charged by minutes for just talking like dealing with a lawyer.
