If I could give them 0 stars I would. in my opinion i was scammed.

I talked a paralegal by the name of Peter over 2 months ago from Invictus paralegal. I explained to him that I needed someone to fill out 2 forms for superior court regarding a will issue. I asked him if he could help me fill out the forms. He told me he could help that his business partner Angela used to work in this field. So I went there under the understanding that they were going to help and met with both him and Angela. I was charged $113.00 for taking a few photo copies and repeating what I stated over the phone. The rest of the time we engaged in nothing but small talk. I was told that they would need a retainer and that would get back to me.
I waited about a week before I started phoning their office to see what was going on. Left a voicemail. No response. So in the past 2 months I have been calling several times, leaving several voicemails and messages, once with a secretary, left an email with Angela all with no response. About 3 weeks ago I did speak to Angela, who seemed to be clueless to what was going on. She asked me if I recieved a retainer agreement yet from Peter. I told her no and that's why I've been calling and leaving messages all this time. She told me she would look into it and would get back to me. No response to this day. They are in hiding, playing games and hope I go away. I was misled by Peter into thinking they could help. I don't think they had any intention to help me in the first place. Now they are trying to bullying me and threatening me with litigation if I don't remove this post.

I can't say enough great things about Invictus Legal and Angela and her team- Peter, Tamara and Justin !

I was very apprehensive about having to obtain legal representation, with my case being very involved and complicated.

Never showed up to the first court case at all the paralegal assigned to my case the second time had to leave town last minute, and her replacement was not prepared because he wasn't assigned the case. Complete incompetent firm, in my opinion I wish there was an option for negative stars

Amazing, kind and professional experience I have not been the most easiest of clients, however Angela always took the time and effort to make sure my legal needs are met. I don’t understand all the negative reviews as the experience I have always had with Angela was her dedication and understanding though the most difficult times I had in my legal claims.
