Amazing and fast service. Although I live closer to another registry office (north town registries), I will always choose in & out. They are very fast and efficient and have yet seen negativity or rudeness from their staff. They check when you go in if what you may be there to do, and ensure you have the proper document. The line may be long but it goes very fast.

I have to give a shout out to Hilda who I received twice to register 2 different vehicles in 2 different occasions. Hilda is amazing super friendly and funny. She goes over and beyond to help accommodate my obsessions with 8's in my license plates and jokes around. You will be so lucky to get to be helped by Hilda and she should be acknowledged of what a wonderful person she is.

In & out is right! Very quick and efficient. They have someone asking people in line what were wanting to do, and she checks to make sure we have all our documents, etc. We just went to this registry for the 2nd time today. The first time, we had a great experience with Hilda. She was very kind and accommodating with our request for license plate numbers. While waiting in line today, we saw Hilda, and we were secretly hoping we'd get her as our agent again, and we did! She is very personable, and funny too, as we joked back and forth. Shes very knowlegable and efficient in her job. This is how customer service should be! Will definitely be coming here for all our registration needs!

“They are unprofessional all the time. Whenever you need information, they often give you the wrong details. Even when you talk to them, they don’t treat you well or show good customer service. They definitely need to retrain their employees to improve.
"I called them about my license, which I applied for five weeks ago but hasn’t arrived yet due to the Canada Post strike. The first staff member asked if I remembered the date I applied, and I said no but told her I would call back after finding out the date. When I called back and spoke to another staff member, she gave me different information. She said they don’t need to know the date I applied and told me to call another number. I explained the situation to her, but she didn’t handle it professionally. She didn’t give me the right information, and that’s supposed to be their job. I don’t understand." I had the worst experience ever. I have never encountered such unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. One of the staff, a lady from the Philippines, showed clear favoritism towards her own kind. The way she treated me was shocking and incredibly hurtful. She was so mean, looked down on me, and spoke in a way that was completely uncalled for. Instead of being polite and professional, she yelled while asking me questions, making the situation even more uncomfortable. Her attitude was unacceptable and showed a lack of respect and professionalism.

It’s no surprise that most people were not happy with their experiences here. Some even left and never returned. I will never come back to this place either.

I absolutely love this place. Huey is who you need to see ! She’s so knowledgeable and helpful and understanding. And patient!! That’s the biggest one! She was so patient with me !
I officially made the switch from the 97th northside registry because they are just incompetent there. The process here at in and out was so easy and quick. They are all amazing. But Huey!!! I will follow her at whatever registry she goes to !!!

I had a nice experience in my road test last week.My examiner was Sir Randy who was really nice and explained everything well.He makes me comfortable during the test and made me feel at ease.Yes!!!I passed my roadtest,I have learned so much from him.
