I submitted my PR application through this firm with Crystal Xu. I did start with a consultation with Crystal as my first PR application that I have done myself got rejected through EE. During the consultation, Crystal was very through and provided great deal of details in explaining the reasons of rejections and how to move forward. I then made them my representative.
