I had hired Illuma law for help with a cohabitation agreement and we were not able to reach an agreement so I went with another law firm. My main issue was slow response times from both lawyer and legal assistant. When I had tried to close my account and ask for further information, the legal assistant was on vacation and I was not notified. I then had to wait another week before I called in and I had someone else then transfer my files to my new law firm. I originally chose this law firm due to the great Google reviews and the fact that it was a women led firm. I am disappointed that it didn’t work out.
