Excellent, efficient conveyancing - and nice people, too
Hugh Armstrong's office handled the recent purchase of our house, the first we've bought in Canada. Hugh answered every question we asked during our meeting, Pauline and Lois ensured the transaction went through on time with the minimum of hassle. Plus they have delightful office dogs and some lovely art on the walls, too. I'd recommend Hugh's office to anyone.

If I could separate the reception and rate them, I would 5 star them, as for Armstrong, I wouldn't employ his services if they were free. Look elsewhere. Terrible experience. UPDATE! I just reviewed a will he prepared for my elderly father, numerous errors and registered my Dad's "new" will 1 week to the day that he passed away. So, no chance to fix the errors and the estate and probate are going to be a mess. Thanks Hugh.

Previously happy with property transfer services and used again. Inquired how to dissolve company and he said they would take care of it. Charged me $312.00 and found out later that I could have done it on-line or in person at Service BC for $35.00. Not acting in my best interest. Very disappointed. Later used a Notary for my will, end-of-life planning, living will, power of attorney consultation and she directed me to resources where I could do most of it myself and did the rest at a very fair cost. Acting in my best interest. Quite a difference.
