Highly recommended. Spencer was always quick to answer any question or concern we had. Our transaction came down to the wire and I think its largely because of Spencer that we didn't have to extend the closing date. Both the mortgage specialist we worked with and the staff at the bank couldn't say enough good things about him when we mentioned who we had hired. His fees are very reasonable for the services he provides and I would wholeheartedly recommend his office to anyone needing legal representation for real estate transactions or wills. His office is highly regarded in the local community and after our experience I can see why. If you need a lawyer for a real estate transaction or a will, look no further.
