The lawyer has his assistants do most of the work. The buyer of my house was late on payment by a couple days, so legally they owed me money. I didn’t end up getting anything because Highfield Law said they didn’t want to push for the money since they didn’t want to ruin their relationship with the buyer’s law firm. I definitely won’t be using them again.

These guys are amazing! The whole team is wonderful but Stephen rocks! They took care of our real estate deal with expertise. At one point we were told we would have to wait another day to get our keys even though it was The Possession date. I let Stephen know and within 30 minutes we got our keys. I recently sought legal services from Highfield law office for drafting a will. Initially, I worked with a legal assistant and clearly communicated my requirements. The service was quoted between $500 to $600. Throughout the process, I answered various questions without any indication of a price change. However, at the final stage, the cost unexpectedly increased significantly, which I found unprofessional. There was no prior communication about this price adjustment. Additionally, despite engaging with the law firm, I never had the opportunity to meet with the lawyer directly. While I do feel anger or dissatisfaction, that's not what I hope to share here. I believe it's important for future clients to be aware: ensure to get written agreements and understand and ask for direct interaction with the lawyer. While the lawyer may be competent, my personal experience lacked transparency and direct lawyer engagement, which was disappointing."

What a wonderful, stress free process getting estate documents for myself and my spouse was. We decided we needed these now that we have two kids and heard Kent Wong was highly recommended.
