I had a horrible experience with this clinic, first appointment I came early but the doctor was not around so I rescheduled the following afternoon. Before that I was adviced that xray was optional, and when I refused to get an xray tha dentist kick me out. I think they just try to rip off more money from patient.

Had an appointment setup for 1pm Oct 7th
Left home 8:20am this morning arrived High Level 11am did a few things and went parked in front of the clinic at 12:30 pm waited until 1:30pm and no one showed up! So 1 tank of gas and over 6 hours of driving only come home with nothing done! Total waste of time and gas!!

Receptionist needs to be more vigilant and pay attention to setting up appointment times!!

My tooth was cracked , so had to remove, the freezing to forever , but when done my tooth pulled fast , l like that , was fast and reliable
Come back for cleaning l suggest high level dental

Appoint set at 3pm and waited for 2 hrs and was told they are busy to attend the patient . Horrible service . Won’t suggest to anyone and on top of that apparently the doctor here can only do cleaning after taking x ray and front desk lady just don’t know how to communicate with patients

I wish seen the reviews before went in. Had go in 2x cause she foked up my teeth now there sensitive and just want pull my FTEETH OUT!!!! I cry now when eat Koodoos those eat normal without pain 😭 cause hurt so bad now have live with pain. NEVER AGAIN. Every dam day

Very terrible service didn't get the answers I needed🙄 I got a tooth pulled out just 2 days ago and the lady sure damaged the left side of my left lip not being careful and scraping against my lip its all swollen bruised up and extremely painful blisters. And after when they pulled out my tooth when the sprayed water and air to clean my mouth the guy sprayed directly to my throat making me Choke on water for nearly 10 seconds I sure hope no one else had the experience i had.

Was in near blinding pain and needed an extraction. A wonderful young dentist named Cherry took me in on an hour notice and had me back out on the street post haste. Great service.

Gentleman who made my appointment was kind and prompt. They got me in within a week. Very kind dentist and dental tech. Tried to help me out as best they could during a root canal. Will be making it my regular dentist.
