I went in with my mother in law to do her will and everything seemed to go smoothly. My mother in law had asked that it be set up so he would help me with everything after she passed and had made sure that I would be in control of everything and would have no problems with the other beneficiary. After she passed he put the will through probate and just told me to keep track of everything and come back to him when the house sold. So when I sold the house I went back to him he informed me that the other beneficiary was taking it to litigation and he wasnt going to help me do anything. So he just dropped me and helped me with nothing and quite apparently he did not set the will up as she has requested. His associate also gave information to the other beneficiary that he shouldnt have and almost handed out money to the other beneficiary because he had requested it when they should have been dealing with me and not talking to them at all. Very disappointed in this firm as I'm sure my mother in law would be too.

We went to Zach Remen to prepare a will for my mother. He was very unprofessional and basically bullied her almost sending her to the hospital after meeting with him he got her so upset. He would not make the will the way she asked him and it was a simple will. He just told her nope he wasn’t doing it that way. I had my husband call him also to simply explain the one thing she wanted in her will. He wouldn’t listen and hung up on him.
Very very unprofessional. It should be up to the person making the will what they want in it. Not for the lawyer to decide what they want to put in it.
Would not recommend his services to anyone.

I repeatedly had questions ignored, I would give info then later be asked for the info.

Basically feels like I paid for fancy e-mails. They were absolutely NO help AT ALL.

Only recommend if you feel like you have too much money and are looking for a way to burn it without a fire
