I've lived in High Prairie most of my life and have been to Hendry's on numerous occasions. I have NEVER had a pleasant or positive experience here. The staff are miserable and very rude to costumers. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

1 star is too much for here. A certain employee (who has worked there for some time, hint hint owners fire her!!!) is rude, incompetent and inconsiderate. I live 30 min. out of town and needed a second signature on some paperwork, 3 times I went back with the signature and she handed me a new one to get signed by the same person each time! I will never go back and recommend driving to Valleyview rather than go here.

As usual the staff is grumpy. I had to wait 15 minutes, not a big deal but they should be more considerate of their customers. When they are charging you 12$ more for a drivers abstract than their nearest competitor, prompt service, a smile and a hello should be a given. Their prices are and always have been outrageous. They are just one of many local businesses that gouge the local consumers. They, like so many businessowners in this town, refuse to realize that their predatory business model is forcing people to shop away from the community and it effects everyone causing the prices to get raised higher in order for their businesses to stay viable. As much as they are gouging customers, they are slowly commiting financial suicide. One would think that to a business that is owned and operated in tandem with an accounting firm, this would be obvious....

My husband went in there to register a vehicle and they refuse to help him, he ended up having to take time from work and drive to a different town! Where in fact they didn't even bat an eye and helped him with ease! Highly recommend driving to Falher, or somewhere other than H.P where staff can be helpful and not rude to deal with! Disappointed in my own home town's services, extremely ridiculous!

Not once have I gone in one time and successfully got something done that I needed, always plan for multiple trips. It’s always a hassle without fail. You can cross your Ts and dot your Is and they’ll still have you running around for something.

Was there and the staff was talking to someone else she did not even care that am standing. I was there for more that 15 and I thought I was waiting for someone else not knowing she was the same person to attend to me I have never seen such a thing in my life she doesn't care about her job

I have been using this office to renew my registration etc. for 20 years now. I have always had friendly and efficient service. The ladies there are a pleasure. Perhaps it is not the office that is the problem.
