I worked with Matthew Castaneda who immediately responded to my inquiry from online. He explained how consumer proposal works, answered all my questions, and was super responsive via text. He took care of my consumer proposal application and was easy to follow steps of what documents he required from me. Once the application was approved I was referred to Jennifer McCracken my trustee and she was also amazing to work with. She took all the legal jargon and simplified it for me to understand without overwhelming me. I felt so comfortable with my decision and wished I had started this process sooner. A huge weight has been lifted and I finally feel like a I can breath again. Highly recommend Harris and Partners
