I strongly advise you against hiring Norman Ronski unless you want to be financially taken advantage. He doesn’t listen to his clients, doesn’t look out for the best interest of the client but is more focused on billing out his hours.

Unfortunately we had a really bad and frustrating experience with this firm. I will try to sum it up.

They waited to deal with everything until the last day (for example: title search). We found issues and were left to make tough choices and add risk to our purchase that could have been avoided if things were done with proper lead time. A lot of information provided was actually incorrect after getting second opinions.

Multiple things weren't disclosed to us (ie. The seller accidentally told us there were 2 open building permits - with Harris and Harris apologizing for not telling us as they wanted to research how to handle first (so they said).

We were thrown back and forth by Mark Amy and Maria.

They even told us we couldn't get our keys on closing and would have to wait until the next day - we said we wernt comfortable closing then and magically we were able to get the keys the proper day after insisting/threatening not to close.

They tried to charge us over $8000 for a home closing deal which is unheard of. Mark argued that I need to pay for every email and conversation on the phone. Eventually agreeing to a flat fee but then completely removing himself from the discussions.

A home closing should be a fixed price usually up to $1000 + disbursements.

They were not supportive at all and were very disinterested after we told them that we won't pay a dollar over what initially quoted.

The grand finale was that I had to wait for documents over a month (closer to two) after they said I will get it within 2 weeks.

Be aware of this firm...very unprofessional and frustrating.
