I had a disappointing experience with Harman Virk Notary Public during my first-time home buying process. They surprised me with higher fees than quoted, lacked transparency, and had poor communication. The receptionist was unprofessional, adding to my stress. I was left in the dark throughout the process, and my concerns were ignored. I wouldn't recommend them, especially to first-time homebuyers. They need to improve their customer service and accountability.

I am so disappointed in the unprofessional service that I would never ask any of my friends or clients to use their services. He kept my money and made me run around for months and the girls at the desk so rude and abrupt. After a long run around I recovered my finances. While he made interest on my funds. The paperwork for my house is so bad print came in mail, seems like a kid printed it unreadable and so cheap.
Please don't go for his word on first day. He hands documents to sign quickly without reading and after that he is done with you and unavailable. I am selling my house again and ashamed to show these cheap papers to new realtors.

The team at Harman Virk was very accommodating and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
