Terrible waiting for Tyson to call back there is no response from him whatsoever and email no responses was sent as well and nothing what kind of place is this?
They take all my personal information paperwork and nothing not a word back
I wish l could give one big zero no star l did read the one review from Tyson and he wasn’t helpful to the one client was rude and wouldn’t refer someone else to help the other reviewer
I hope he’s not being paid to do this job

I needed legal help was broke and worried about the future for my wife and I. Andrew Bome looked after me for around 16 years. in the end he got me a settlement from WSIB. As stubborn as they were Andrew was tenacious.
We can't thank him enough for his hard, and no doubt tiresome, work.
I heard through the grapevine that Hamilton Community Legal Clinic was considering dropping WSIB appeals. That would be a massive mistake. Without your help and hard work I'd still be worrying about my future. Please, Ms. Sayeed, (apologies if I misspelled), don't kill the only way to justice that many of us have.

Personally I've dealt with multiple legal aid representatives and secretary staff . And each encounter has been very insightful/helpful.
I feel their concern when dealing with my case. They take their time focusing on my file, while also being very clear about the process and steps I could take; explained my options to me but also gave good professional advice. Was helpful with deadlines, and I could just feel the effort being put in. Whilst being sensitive to my feelings. I could go on and on...

Tyson was the most unprofessional person I have ever talked too, he made almost no sense in any of his answers, when I explained that I was more confused than ever and to clarify he said "well I will not be repeating everything" when I asked if there was someone else I could speak with he denied my request, I asked why not and he said he will not be referring this to anyone else... and I asked if I could to talk to anyone else and kept saying "he understands" which made no sense as it had nothing to do with my question and didn't even talk to me or respond and ignored me when I asked why? It was not a good match I feel like I should be allowed to talk to someone else? He simply said "I'm ending the call now and hung up"
