When I encountered a legal term that I did not understand, she explained it clearly and simply without belittling me. Her reasoning was this minimized emails, clarified details, avoided confusion. When there was an email exchange usually as a follow up to a phone conversation, Wendy cc’d me. Working together, these avenues of communication minimized my legal costs.
