So I’m suing the past seller from a home I bought. To think the firm was on our side about him being dishonest and telling us to go to civil claims. But then the seller sends these for court. Was our lawyers legal assistant offering to meet every client for drinks at the vacant homes? Also if the house is sold, that doesn’t mean you get to just waltz in whenever to drink until the buyers arrive. Uh oh Sharon, this doesn’t look too good for you. I truly hope Moe reconsiders you being part of his team if you’re doing stuff like this. Maybe I should’ve shmoozed the lawyer to go for drinks and I would’ve had a better outcome with my buying experience.

My Lawyers name is Stephen Whitehead and I have to tell you, he is a superb human being. Aware of the litigious pitfalls associated with being a lawyer and the tendency to psychopathy within the industry, Stephen is a shining example of someone who makes concious efforts to keep himself in check and really cares about his clients. Hired this firm to represent my company in a civil matter. Provided all the information on a silver platter. The lawyer forgot about the file and run down the time to file an SOC. Mixed things up. Didn’t do any work, took $10k and nothing ever happened.
Stay away!! Find another firm! They do not help their clients!
Now I have to fight to get my money back as the firm isn’t honest in their dealings. These are the type of firms that give lawyers a bad name! Disgusting behaviour by this firm.
Now I find out the lawyer no longer works there. How ironic and convenient.

We have been using Lawren Wowk for the past couple years for our Family Matters. Not only have we been successful each time we entered the court room, He always took the time to remember the most important details. He remembered what was important each time. Alberta Lawyers swear an oath of allegiance to "be faithful and bear true allegiance to (His Majesty King Charles the Third)".
They swear to do their legal work "'diligently, faithfully and to the best of (their) ability".
And they swear to avoid a long list of bad conduct, including destroying property, promoting frivolous lawsuits and PERVERTING THE LAW.
The first two oaths are required by statute, the 'Legal Profession Act' and the 'Oaths of Offices Act'. The third is set out in the 'Rules of the Law Society of Alberta'.

You adjourned trial dates without my knowledge, then misled me, you ghosted me by refusing to respond while you were my lawyer, & did not submit EVIDENCE that proved my case.

You failed to give me the respondents affidavits until AFTER you quit. Then you emailed that you were re-sending it to protect your self.

You lied.

I requested a screenshot of your claim that you previously emailed it. You failed t respond.

You are guilty of psychologically and emotionally traumatizing myself, denying me justice and failure to act according to Laws applicatable to Solicitors of the Law

You violated and failed to protect my grandchild of her 12 Rights of a Child, according to the United Nations.

....on our first phone conversation you made your opening statement about how your firm prides itself on honesty & Integrity.

You lied.

When you read my affidavit and Evidence you said I was innocent and that the child should be with me.

You stalled an application in regards to a CHILD & intentionally sabatoged me, then withdrew as my legal counsel.

Silence is consent.

Consent is abuse by Proxy.

You have broken your constitutional oath to the Crown.

I am an innocent grandmother falsely accused in Calgary Courts with EVIDENCE to prove my innocence & support my affidavit which Connor acknowledged ... until 'some inside' source persuaded him to sabatoge my Court Case.

July 3/24 ... 18 months since my grandchild was taken from my home where she resided, and Court Counselor said I have to start over because of Connors misconduct.

Your mother would be ashamed of you.

Misrepresentation. Failure to meet legal/Professional obligations. Falsifying or amending requisitions without authorization. Failure to follow established standards of practice, regulations, and procedures.
