I suffered a broken back from a fall no fault of my own city stairs in disrepair broken unsafe contacted their office Sarah gave me information which appreciated but in 4 months never met anyone or discussed if interested in my case unfortunately I now feel I have to seek representation somewhere else ,pretty strong case as I see it .suffering from this daily and still have to get operation to fuse my back .Appealing disability application for 2nd time and they cant help with this. Hopefully can find attorney that does both very stressful. Not knowing if I have representation. Do now but really felt they were indifferent to whether they helped or not . Won't be telling friends about them .really seemed they didn't care at times very rude it wasn't until I retained another one I saw how clients should be treated .very disappointed heard they were so good nope .

I have had a great experience with Laura who represented us during our time together. A first time for me to have a lawyer and she explained everything very thoroughly and simple for us to understand and had so much patience with us. Would highly recommend.

Terrible amateur intake and then after wasting 2+ hours on phone fresh after a traumatizing situation they don't even take the case. Gave me the wrong email twice so now our personal info was sent to 2 other random people in the meantime, including photos of her injuries. The answer we got after all that time going over the situation was "here's the referral line" . Not happy at all considering I was referred to this firm and told by 3 people he's the best. My experience with them has been terrible.

I would absolutely recommend Greg Monforton & Partners should you find that you need a personal injury lawyer. Laura was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, compassionate, and kind. I always felt like she was fighting as hard as she could for me and her efforts definitely made a difference in the end. Carol and Lyndsay would always make sure to reach out to me just to check in and keep me updated, I never felt like I fell through the cracks even after nearly 3 years. Even the receptionist Pat was a pleasure to deal with, she was always very kind and very good at what she does. If you want to feel like you are being treated like a person and not just another case on someone's desk, this is the place to go.

Greg Monforton & Partners representatives were attentative, timely, thorough and rigorous in their process. They gave space for me to provide input, listened well, asked questions and provided information I wasn't aware of that would be relevent. They made great effort to work with me, and provided me essential paperwork that would help me with my benefits claim. While not being an active client. I felt cared for and taken seriously. I hope to not be in another situation where I'd need their services in the future, however I would reach out to them if such a situation arises.
