Mr. Ogilvie was referred to me by a senior lawyer who met him in court and said he seemed to
Know his job. Under the circumstances, I trusted this lawyer and decided to meet with Mr. Ogilvie.

Grant Ogilvie told me what I wanted to hear, billed me for telling stories on how he was going to look after my case. I have to say, he presents himself well.

After a couple meetings, he must have felt comfortable and he started to swear a lot, showed me pictures of his marijuana grow operation from the 70’s, showed me his Harley as he pretended to be a tough guy. When it was time for him to deliver on his promises, he froze and did nothing. Likely because he gave personal evidence to my opponent in which breached the law for distribution; he could have faced up to 5 years of jail. So he decided to protect himself. Basically, I spent a year and a half of my life and over 20 thousand dollars on broken promises and was obviously used to pay for his boat that was in need of repair.

He also called me to see if I would keep an eye on his step-son who started working out at the same gym as me. Very strange and unprofessional little bald man who has been divorced 3 time and an odd request to ask a client.

I’ve recently given an update to the lawyer who referred him to me. He said he was sorry about this and unfortunately I was the second person to bring this to his attention.

On another note, I hired a female lawyer who finished my case in 8 months. She was an excellent communicator, she billed accordingly and was strictly business.

I wrote this because I was a client of Mr. Ogilvie’s and did not see any detailed reviews about his service. I was in need of help and went to the wrong person. My advice is to take the time to do your research and choose wisely.
