Used this firm for house purchase, they quoted $1200 to $1500 CAD to do it, the final fee (just law fee not closing costs) was $2,800. Not responsive, took them a year (not kidding) provide final papers, which I had to pick up at the firms offices (after paying for courier charges). I would NOT recommend these guys.
