I can only talk about my experience. I have been several times. Every time that I have gone there I have been met with professionalism and smiles. They are very reasonable for all that they provide!!

As for Mr. Goodaire, he has been on top of things to date. He answers all questions. He returns calls/emails almost immediately unless he is away/vacation; in saying that, he STILL manages to respond to emails. He has a great sense of humour but knows how to help you deal with problematic family members. He listens and gives you sound advice. I am pleased so far. I have been dealing with David since April 2019.
Honestly, he has been nothing short of amazing. And my situation has not been easy! He helps ground me (which that part is not his job).
I thank him all the time and every time.

David Goodaire is honest, ethical and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand us and our needs, and even did a home visit when one of our parents was invalid. We have been to David for three versions of Wills (soon four) and three real estate transactions. I can't imagine going elsewhere.

The mistakes, and lack of proof reading legal documents, make this firm a poor choice when looking for a lawyer.

Mistakes were made on both my mother's legal papers as well as my brother's. These papers were not prepared at the same time, not even the same year, so this wasn't a one off. They actually included some random woman's name, on my brother's Power Of Attorney papers, stating she was his spouse. He's never been married.

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they did correct the errors.

Just be aware, if you use this firm, that you go over your papers with a fine tooth comb.

Terrible experience with this law firm. As others have noted in their reviews, we found mistakes in the calculations provided to us from the firm. We addressed these issues with the lawyer and we did not get a clear explanation.

A few members of our family have dealt with this firm and have faced similar problems. My advice, find a different law firm!
