I had a complicated case of illegal subletting of my unit without my knowledge. Barrington provided practical options for moving forward. He is extremely knowledgeable, providing excellent suggestions to gather and present evidence leading up to the hearing. Barrington is highly proficient in trial, with lightening fast relevant cross examination that exposed my tenants lies. Barrington appears to work 24/7, responding to all of my draft emails and relevant questions (and some of my not-so-great questions as well) sustinctly, accurately, and in reasonable time. The rest of the team at Global, Sonya and Sindy in particular, did a fantastic job preparing the document book and receipts for taxes.
