Absolute worst experience ever! She had been doing our taxes for 20 years and then in 2022 got us involved with a scheme that was supposed to help us but ended up just about bankrupting us. She did our taxes in 2023 and we were audited and got absolutely 0 help from our so-called representative. Calls and queries went unanswered multiple times from March to October. Now again re-assessed and had to pay for 2 years of mistakes. Just one nightmare after another with this firm. We will never use this service again.

Had a bit of a mess to sort out, so I called and Rob got me to drop off what I had, and he prepared my returns for me. He was quick, and thorough, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I called in a couple of times with questions and was always met with a polite and professional manner. Will definitely return, and would absolutely recommend.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE 😫
I have been calling for 2 weeks .. NEVER have I gotten returned call.
They have had my taxes for weeks
And not submitted .. 😕

What a wonderful experience. My son referred me after his taxes were done. My mom passed last year and they were very empathetic and made me aware of what I was eligible to claim regarding my taxes as I was a primary caregiver at my home. The atmosphere is wonderful and the kindness I received was amazing.
Many thanks to such a wonderful staff.

We were referred here by our book keeper. Sherry has such a wonderful and outgoing personality. She knew exactly what to ask and provided clear guidance on how to and where to obtain. She was able to complete what we needed done in such short time frame. Lori was always on top of communications and very prompt to responses. Such a great team of experts.

I will definitely not be using their services again. I was very surprised at how quickly my taxes were completed and paid more than double of what I usually pay to get them done Somehow, they were done wrong the first time they did them. Then when I reviewed it and questioned how it was done, I went back in to get it corrected, and I actually got charged an additional fee for them to fix their own errors. That's certainly a stand up business practice, especially for a new client.

Right from the start the staff of Gateway Tax and Financial Services have been very warm and welcoming. I found it super helpful that they were honest and open with any questions I had. It is truly appreciated and would recommend them to family and friends with confidence.
