I can't express how thankful I am for their kindness in helping me repair my son's eyeglasses. I initially thought they'd just glue them back together, but they went above and beyond. They carefully explained the repair process and asked for my permission to modify them to preserve the warranty. To my surprise, they replaced the arms with new ones! Thanks to a generous donor, this act of kindness didn't cost me a penny. I'm so grateful to the skilled technician (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) and the helpful assistant. You both have such big hearts. Thank you so much for your exceptional service!

It's ALWAYS an awesome customer experience at the Fort Frances FYI location. All of the staff is friendly and polite and they are a pleasure to deal with. And Harvey? WOW! What an absolute PRO he is at his job! He is a HUGE asset to FYI! Keep up the great work!

I purchased a pair of glasses and they weren’t quite right in how they were configured. I was reevaluated and the glasses were fixed with no issues. They are great now. Then I went in to get new lenses in my old frames but was offered a better deal with brand new frames and lenses. I could also get prescription sunglasses through that as well. They were measured and fitted and I’m very pleased with the fit, look and comfort of my new glasses and shades. Five stars for wrap around service.

The staff are so welcoming and accommodating! An eye irritation started, I called and when squeezed in promptly which I was given prescription for eye medication, and was on the mend quickly. Thank you for the great service.
