It was the first time me and my wife visiting the clinic and one thing’s for sure we were blown away! Hats off to the friendly staff and great overall customer service. The doctor was very detailed with the examination and the place is highly facilitated. It may not be your average clinic It gave me the vibe of walking in a luxury store! Place is very neat and well organized! Highly recommended!

FYI Doctors is an amazingly beautiful eye clinic located in Cold Lake, AB. From the time you walk through the door, you are welcomed by staff. The receptionists are the heart of the clinic as they welcome you with open arms and an abundance of smiles. When you receive a reminder call, the office staff are always so pleasant, friendly, and professional on the phone and very accommodating, if you have to make any changes. The ambiance is always calm, fresh and inviting. ALL of the Staff who work there are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been going to the FYI Eyecare for many years and I have always felt confident that I will receive the very best care possible. Also, the new building is so exquisite and beautiful, much like eye clinics in the big cities. I would like to personally thank you all for providing an eye clinic with such wonderful service at a 5+++++ Star level for the people of the Lakeland area to enjoy and know they will be satisfied with the service they will receive. 💜💚

I recently went for an eye exam and received a very thorough exam and referred to a specialist for a surgery I didn’t even even realize I needed. Everyone in the office was very helpful with selecting the new glasses I needed. I did not feel rushed when I had a hard time choosing with the wide selection they have.

On Saturday. December 21, 2024, while visiting my sister for Christmas, an unfortunate incident occurred whereby I swiped my glasses onto a chair just as my sister was sitting down and not only did the arm get twisted but the wire holding the lens snapped off as well. I was devastated as I did not have another pair with me. My sister said, “ I know just the place, FYI Doctors” and so we jumped in the car and arrived 1/2 hour before closing so they couldn’t fix them but said they would look at them on
Monday, I got a call this morning and Chrissy was able to fix them, I was elated! My trip would have been ruined, I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and quality service!
