Had a problem with my glasses while in Banff. I stopped by FYidoctors not only did they help me out, they didn’t even charge me for the service. I would recommend this shop if you need an emergency eyeglass fix while in Banff or other optometrist services.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Andrew Denson and the team at FYidoctors. While en route to Banff, my right eye began to feel irritated, and by morning, it was swollen and painful. I contacted FYidoctors and spoke with a compassionate receptionist who, after understanding my situation, promptly arranged an appointment for me.

Shortly after, Dr. Denson welcomed me with a warm smile. His humility, expertise, and patience were evident as he thoroughly examined my eye, explaining the root cause in simple terms. He provided clear guidance on the healing process and offered advice on wearing contact lenses for skiing the next day, empowering me to make an informed decision.

Thanks to Dr. Denson’s accurate diagnosis and prescribed eye drops, I felt significant relief. Amazing. Best experience I've had with eye doctors and buying glasses in 30+ years of wearing glasses and contacts. I have a very high prescription and they were able to find something that actually works for me. They were also excellent with my 3 year old who (nervously) went for her first appointment.
