Frontenac had an easy online intake process, Alex was very responsive to answering emails, and was efficient and effective in serving my document the same day. The company’s rates were also better than competitive quotes, which was nice.

I submitted a request for process serving on their website via an easy-to-use, comprehensive online form. Literally within five minutes of submitting my request, the president of the company, Alex had e-mailed me letting me know he received the request, the cost of the service, as well as asking me to send the documents I would like to be served. Once I sent the payment and documents, Alex had once again replied within minutes telling me that the process was already underway, and that he will update me along the way.

I had requested Frontenac's service due to difficulty in serving documents to the party in question. Alex came up with a creative solution in order to meet the party in-person and serve the documents, all within days of the initial request. Once the documents had been served, he sent me a final update detailing what took place so that I could be in the loop. All of this was done in Kingston while I was in Toronto, and at no point did I have to do anything in person to have this process served.

Alex and Frontenac Legal are the most professional process servers and legal services available in Ontario, with prompt and professional service and more than fair rates. I work in the medical field, and my sister works in the legal field, and we will both be recommending Frontenac Legal's services to all our friends, family and clients going forward.

You couldn’t ask for anything more when it comes to handling your legal documents.

The Frontenac Legal staff were polite, professional and efficient. My documents were issued the same day, served that evening and everything was filed the next morning.

I have used several other firms before and some would drag their heels, not return phone calls or emails, ect. Not the case here.
I highly recommend this company.
