These guys are the best. I've been with them through thick and thin, I was referred years ago via my bank to close a residential transaction. Since then, they have helped my family set up proper wills, and any thing I've ever needed for our business.

They are honest people, I've had the pleasure of working with Howard, Marc, and York. And all of them act with integrity and always give me no nonsense advice that's in my best interest. I trust them completely and look forward to continuing to work with them well into the future!

So this was my fathers lawyer I finally received a copy of the will a year later from my mom and she said I would probably need a lawyer to help explain it to me cuz I wouldn’t understand everything. She was right. So I made an appt with the lawyer that was on the will of my dads. The day of my appt. Ii had a personal emergency & I was going to cancel the appt but at the last minute I flew out the door , altho I was a few min late when I arrived there I was asked for my I.D. By the receptionist and asked to fill out all this personal information I explained to her that I wasn’t hiring him per say as my lawyer i just wanted him to go over my dads will with me so what’s all the need for the personal info I gave her my passport it’s my only photo ID right now she took it and made photocopies of it then Howard came out to say hi to me as soon as I sat down I realized what a mistake I had made coming to see him as he rudely informed ne that he was my mothers lawyer and it was a conflict of interest . No condolence’s for the fact I lost my dad. So my meeting with him was brief and he did not go over the will at all with me. He could have saved us both some time and called me to tell me that he was unable to go over the will me & recommend someone else from his firm because he was my dads lawyer after all and I am named as a beneficiary after all . . He definitely knew who I was because she informed him I was coming. Total waste of my time . . I was pretty upset leaving there. I was in my cab almost home when the receptionist called me & said she forgot to give me my passport back. I said I would get it from her another day . A week later I phoned her to ask her if she could put it in an envelope and give it to the Uber delivery guy just on the main level. She was like I don’t think so and I explained to her that if not I woukd have to take a cab there and back . Uber does delivery this woukd cost me one way not 2. She was like I’ll have to ask & puts me on hold only to hang up on me after I had waited for sometime. Of course my calls wound go thru after that. Can’t anyone just help someone out these days? The lawyer was so rude to me and now this so I have to go all the way there and back because of her mistake.

I called in advance to inform them I would be picking up the Will for my recently deceased father. I gave them the name of my father and answered all questions asked of me. A few days later I drove 45minutes across town to pick up the original Will. Upon arrival I informed the ladies that I was coming to pick up the Will and I had called in advance. No condolences ( whatever ) I was then informed it could not be released to me as I was not the primary name listed only the secondary name listed. I stated that would have been nice to know in advance before driving across town. I was told " Sorry" but you did not give us all the information so we could inform you. I went on to explain this is your area of expertise not mine, there by a few questions asked of me when I had called in advance could have saved a lot of grief. Once again " Sorry " we have new staff. I left and drove 45min to pick up my 87 year old mother who has difficulty walking, drove another 45min to complete the original task. No apologies. Straight business, no empathy or compassion. I wonder how much 2/hrs and 15 min of wasted time would equate to in Lawyer fee's. Do better!!

Purchased my first home with Fric, Lowenstein & Co. William Fric and his acting partner York Campbell were my lawyers, they handled everything smoothly with much experience and knowledge. Michelle Northcut was the paralegal that handled my file from the beginning and was very helpful and informative, she helped me a lot to learn the process of buying and Mortgaging.

Lastly Tracy Hildebrand was my realtor, she went above and beyond to help my find the exact home i was looking for, she made the buying process easy and stress free.

I would highly recommend using this firm for any and all Real Estate matters. Overall they are a bunch of really nice and friendly people!!!

I am giving a five star rating based on using them for the sale of my property and the purchase of my new place. I was recommended to them by my realtor Mavalina Thody. I e mailed them, and was promptly called back by Pat. From the start Pat was very professional and during the course of events that professionalism shined through. To anyone who is closing a sale and a purchase on the same day, stress is something to expect. On top of that I had major issues with my mortgage company Simplii financial. (What has happened to them in the past few years? but that's a sperate review) . If only they had the same professionalism as Fric Lowenstien and specifically Pat did. Not only would I recommend them, but I did, and my friend Susan just recently used them for a refinance and also had five start service. Great job guys 🙂

Due to previous experiences, I was expecting to deal with some arogant,superficial dude but surprisingly it was totally the opposite. Tami is very professional,polite and she made it so easy for me to understand the process and all fee's involved. I would totally go back if needed. Highly recommended
