Ordered online . Showed up 20 min later to pick up my pizza . Guy said I would have to wait i was the last customer? (4 pm) 25 min for my pizza. The oven wasn't even on . Made pizza checked his phone for my order went back to making pizza without washing his hands . Told him I don't want it anymore. No clue what's going on there won't be back. The one in lakefield is good!!

We ordered a pizza after an amazing save at Fleming college. Our boy NAV hooked us up with what I want to say the best pizza in all of Ontario!! Not only did Nav provide excellent customer service but acts like a role model to all personnel! I would highly recommend not only the establishment for food but also NAV for a promotion! By far the best experience I’ve had at a free toppings pizza location!

My family and I enjoys the taste of the pizza but every time we order I always ask for extra cheese and for it to be on top of the topping. As you can see I still see the toppings. I told the young lady when I placed my order that this has happened the last 2 times she said she would put it on the top. After I got home I called and said hey where is the cheese I was told that the cheese is now weighed. I would have liked to have been told that I would still see the topping or I would have asked for more to be added. I'm more than likely not going to be a returning customer I like to get what I pay for!
