Where do I even start? This is the third time I’ve had Krista Fortier assist me in purchasing a home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experiences. Krista has consistently gone above and beyond her typical duties, especially in my most recent purchase. There were title-related issues with my previous house that led to a complicated title insurance claim, and Krista was there to guide me through it all.

When buying my current home, Krista noticed something other lawyers had missed. This complex situation had Krista and her team working tirelessly to locate permit records, survey records, building permits, and other documents that were lost during the Greater Sudbury amalgamation process in 2001. Ultimately, she was dedicated to protecting me as her client while striving to get me into my dream home. Krista and her team collaborated with other lawyers, previous owners, and surveyors, and even engaged in many discussions with the city until a resolution was found. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to move in with less than a week’s delay.

For anyone considering a Lawyer, I'd strongly suggest Krista Fortier and her team. You won't regret it!

One of many many law firms popping up these past few years.
It's a touchy subject for me.
Lawyers are in it for money. Based on people suing people. 20 years ago there might have been 10 firms total in Sudbury. Today?
Well , triple that minimum.
I think this firm is probably equal to all others in town.
