The bathrooms were older but well-maintained and very clean. The campground is quiet and spacious, and our campsite was level. There is a lovely trail by the creek where we saw a night heron and lots of other wildlife. I’ll stay here again if passing through the area.

It's so much bigger than I expected . There are wide open sites or shaded and cosy nooks for tents i saw good fire pits you can cook on. I think you buy fire wood for your stay but it wasn't too expensive I do not remember how much. Lots of space for playing ball games etc. There are some easy siged walks with information about plants etc through trees and across creeks with cute bridges . You can get to the burger pit and ice cream shop . It has a lovely homestead museum and a visitor center with free coffee and cookies . Friendly staff .

Stayed for August of 24. Free firewood. Well maintained. Nature trail. Free water, showers, and one toilet. Decent prices. The town has a hardware store, grocery store, restaurant, liquor store, etc, everything you need for camping.

Most exceptional community campground ever ! Ya the shower stalls are small but the water is hot with lots of pressure. Spacious sites and free wood. Very quiet with little to no road traffic.| The whole area is very well maintained, all right behind the visitor information center.

We had an excellent experience at Foam Lake Campground. The value for the price is unbeatable, making it the best campground we've stayed at. They provide very clean restrooms , showers, clean water, and free firewood. The campground is beautifully situated by the river with scenic trails, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

This is a nice quiet small camping ground. It was honestly one of the best ones for everywhere else being so busy being a long weekend. Everyone says the showers are outdated in reviews but honestly I've been in worse and they are kept really clean. The staff here are so friendly as are the locals. The only thing I would say needs to be replaced are the fire pits just as the are old and a bit of a safety Hazzard.
Amazing place to catch the northern stars!!

Side note the pool in the town is great for families but be warned you can't use the slide unless you can do 10 laps of the pool which may result in tears from your children.

What a nice campground! Quiet, super washrooms and hot showers, far enough from the road to sleep, nearby town has amenities such as bank, eating places and gas station. Firewood is supplied free. Tent sites have 120 volt 15 amp receptacles. Cost for tent sites only $15. Highly recommend this site
