Jeremy Wiebe picked up my case and was very informative, had a game plan, very professional and quick to respond. I don't remember one phone call or email he didn't answer. His fees were fair and reasonable.
within a few months he got my case withdrawn.

My mother passed away recently, with no will and no appointed Executor. David Oke and his team helped me navigate the waters of becoming Executor and dealing with both the heirs and the assets of the Estate. First West has handled all of my real estate transactions as well as creation and updating of my will. Their work is thorough, timely and reliable. If unexpected (by me!) issues arise, they are always managed successfully. During the sale of my last house, a missing building permit jeopardized the closing. My lawyer, David Oke negotiated a compromise that allowed everything to proceed on time, much to my relief!
I've referred David Oke to many of my friends and family in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future!
