These guys are the best!! I had hired a small law firm to deal with a issue at my building since I am an appointed director and I got no reply whatsoever so my smaller law firm basically said you should call the big guys in Fine and Deo! So i did exaxtly that! and within 2 days i had a reply and after 4 more days everything was taken care of! I would never use a anyone when it comes to condo law but these guys! five star all the way!

Mario Deo and Francisco Deo are not trusted lawyer

If I could I would give them negative rating. They do not care about the owners rights. They are owner lawyer for our condominium building and They supported the 100% fraudulent with evidence in the election and counting of proxies in our condo building. The result was against owners right and favorites. Very Poor Performance.

Brutal ! Every lawyer at this firm has their email forwarded to another lawyer in and back , they send legal proceedings in plain enveloped unregistered mail, not even a phone call or email to advise you they are placing a lien. The nice part is I have proof the condo corp had my payment PRIOR and neither Daniels or Fine and Deo will even look at it. They just took $1500 from a single mother for sending 2 letters! I requested a breakdown of fees - they couldn't tell me the hourly fee they charge , and but listed $14.50 for copies and 26.82 for postage . I have yet to receive a response from any of the three people listed on the letter. Now I have to find a lawyer to sue Daniels and get my money back - I have time for that!

Zero interest in acting on the best interest of cusumers and 100% on protecting the corporations. Everytime we ask a question and the lawyer would reply by saying "I am unsure of the generic question that you are asking and next....". So much for hearing what an ordinary home owner have to express as a concern and simply brushing them off with the law book expressions.

We have been in a mumbo-jumbo with our condo board and it seems this leeches laywer firm is good at sucking the $ out of condo owners, caring only for whoever provides them the $, the condo board thieves. When someone acts so unprofessionally chances are they are going to run out of customers. Or change their names since with this names that they have and the reviews they have received so far, there is no future for such kind of law. Someone should sue them too, together with other board members who abuse the power given by people. Please stay away from such leeches of our society.
