Had a terrible experience here. Filed personal and business taxes. They made a ton of mistakes on my application (from basics like misspelling my name to omitting important income information) and messed up a ton - for e.g., they never filed a T5 for the transfers classified as dividends nor told me to open a GHT/HST account for my business. The T5 is actually an offence that can be penalized with a fine! I followed up with them 3 times about this and NO RESPONSE. Beware. Not worth the small savings.
