We needed to quickly purchase a car for our son because the vehicle he was driving had been deemed unsafe. He was excited about a used Malibu at Fedoruk's so we booked a test drive, as it turned out, on the coldest day of January! Our salesman sent us out to start the car and warm it up with full confidence that it would, and it did! They allowed us to take it to our mechanic who identified an issue with it and provided a quote which we took back to discuss. The salesman was quickly open to reduce the price of the car to the quoted repair and the deal was quickly made. The whole experience was professional, trusting, no hard sell, and easy. The price of the car was fair and now, five months later, my son loves his car and is so proud to drive it. Thanks for the great experience!

Went to see a car on Saturday - Darryl was charismatic and showed me inside of the vehicle but told me I would “have to come back for it because fob needed reprogramming”. I wrote my name, phone number and email on the file folder for the vehicle and said I wanted to buy it - he said I’d have to come back to test drive first and that it “shouldn’t even be on the lot” because of fob not working.
I got super excited about getting a new vehicle, he gave me carfax and all info for financing. I made sure to tell him to *call me* if anyone else was interested and he assured me I was “first in line” for the vehicle and that he would call when fob was fixed so I could come test drive and purchase. He said “hopefully Monday! Then you’ll come back and it’s all yours”.
Didn’t hear back on Monday, so I called today.
THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE YESTERDAY. Did NOT even try to call me to inform me someone was interested or to ask if I could put down a deposit. Just straight up sold it despite telling me I was basically going to be the new owner. My name was in ink on the car file so there’s no way they can say they forgot.

Such a disappointing and crazy experience. Didn’t offer me anything moving forward like a discount. Sort of said “yeah I don’t know, it got sold, sorry”. Darryl was the one who sold it - so he deliberately went against what he had promised me. So insane. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life lol. DO NOT trust this place!! Actually the craziest customer service experience I’ve ever had. Basically reserved the car by saying I was for sure first in line and not to worry, and then sells it. Messed up.

Also when I got there on Saturday nobody came to the front for 20 min. Another customer left in that time because he didn’t want to wait. Overall just brutal experience. Wow.
