Timeliness and communication with FayAnn and her assistant Caitlyn were absolutely top tier. Anytime I had questions about forms and the separation/divorce process, Caitlyn was a total superstar and got back to me with detailed answers very promptly. Anytime I submitted any documentation or needed correspondence from the other party handled, FayAnn took care of it right away. I always had support when I needed it, and there were no hiccups in the quality of their work ever. I can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough great things about FayAnn and Caitlyn. I came to them during the pandemic. Up until that time I wasn’t getting anywhere with my case and had pretty much lost all hope that anything would be in my favour. Previous attorneys had multiple assistants so it always felt like quantity over quality. FayAnn only has Caitlyn and it comes through with everything they do. She is very compassionate and understanding but more importantly she knows your case. By the time things were done she helped me get exactly what I had hoped for. 6 stars if I could. I recommend her to anyone that asks.

Hello I gave mrs.guilbeault a 5 star rating cause she isn't the first time I have her as a lawyer to represent me in a family case matter she's polite and understands and her advise is dead on and she knows what she's doing and how to deal with the situation . I had her also back in 2016 for a custody case and I won thanks to her help I won sole custody of my two children this time I went for support and again won she knows the system and how it works u fallow her advice u get an awesome outcome she's done alot for me as a lawyer I still have her as my lawyer too for one last small case I'm happy and glad I had her as my lawyer for a second time . This “lawyer” and I use that term very loosely, is completely incompetent. Her only angle is to bully the opposing side into settling with tactics of fear and intimidation. Sadly most uniformed Fathers settle believing that they have no rights and no chance, electing to give up their rights and losing custody and access of their children in the process. Unfortunately for Ms Guilbeault, she met her match with me and my counsel; these pathetic tactics had zero impact on me and instead only fuelled my mission to fight for my daughter despite the emotional and financial toll it would take. No one was taking my daughter from me, certainly not this amateur. Ms Guilbeault was often ill informed, unprepared and tried every dirty trick to win at any cost; these tactics backfired in the end. I refused to settle and forced a long trial lasting 18 months. Leading up to the trail it was very apparent that Ms Guilbeault had limited experience and a poor track record of success when litigating these matters. Due to Ms Guilbeaults incompetence, she lost the trial for her client on all fronts; I was awarded significant costs from her client in the six figures for losing and wasting the courts time and my money . I suppose I should thank Ms Guilbeault given the outcome but for anyone looking to retain this lawyer do not be fooled, she is all words and no action.
