Fantastic 4 nights at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, and enjoyed top notch, world class services and treatments at the Jasper Park Lodge Spa. Truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and a wonderful warm welcome from Bailey at the front of the Spa. I tried a deep tissue massage for the first time in my life, and I am so happy that I did! A truly wonderful recovery after a day of golf and kayaking. Thank you Morgan for the best massage of my life!! Also, special mention to Meagan for my other phenomenal treatments at the JPL Spa! 10 out of 10, the staff here makes all the difference, top notch all around! I will 100% return again 🙂

Received excellent massages. The bed and sheets are soooo luxurious. Great waiting/relaxing lounge complete with fireplace and light refreshments. And the view, can’t get enough of it.

Really satisfied with my visit at the Fairmont Spa!

Caroline was so warm and friendly, and did a good job with the ginger and honey body scrub. I felt so relaxed!

Morgan was very professional, and so diligent that there was definitely not one sore muscle left untreated. Probably the best massage I had in years!

Both the managers Avnneet and Rabih were so attentive and made sure I was well looked after.

Overall, the services I had were well above satisfactory and will definitely visit again!

The hotel and service was amazing - I’m so so sorry but the food in the restaurant was disappointing- I’m not one for bad reviews .. but we did not have a meal ‘worth the money’ once out of the 3 times we ate there after staying for a whole weekend. Must say - the service was amazing though. Our server even brought us a complimentary dessert after knowing we didn’t enjoy the food. The spa was amazing we will definitely come back for that!!!

My family sent me for a massage and day in the pools at the Spa. The massage with Brooke was outstanding and all the staff provided amazing service, as you would expect from a Fairmont. You also can't beat the setting, with lovely outdoor pools and beautiful mountain views. The experience did not disappoint!

However, I didn't feel the pricing matched the experience. The change rooms, pools, saunas and steam rooms are all shared with hotel guests and members of the public who have paid just to swim. The only perk to being a spa guest is a private lounge area with some cozy chairs and light snacks.

Fairmont also often buries significant costs in the fine print. You will actually be charged 25% more than the posted price due to a 18% Service Fee (which makes me wonder what they think the price of the service is supposed to cover), a 2% "Resort Fee" (because I guess the facility costs were also not covered in the price, in Fairmont's mind), and then 5% GST (which is the only thing that is actually reasonable not to include in the price).

I am a big believer in pricing transparency and think companies that tack on fees in the fine print instead of just having honest prices should be called out. Hence the three star rating.

Went with girlfriends and enjoyed the Rockies Ritual and a pedicure with Meagan and an aromatherapy massage with Melissa. Both who were absolutely fantastic. The facilities, the products, the atmosphere, the services and all the little touches were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Will be back!

A little gem of a spot! The staff were very kind and very helpful, they made me feel like a princess of sorts. The dining was great, pool was warm and perfect to chill in, hot tub was hot!!! But I'd have to say the best part, was a meditative end to the whole experience...an incredible eucalyptus steamroom and sauna. If there was one complaint it would be the grimey slippery shower floors. I recomend wearing wet shoes in the shower
